Mike Newberry with over 30 years of experience has constructed nearly $4 billion in commercial retail projects, residential communities, and custom-built homes with an eye for out of the box design concepts. Mike credits his parents for his love of building Luxury Custom Homes along with Luxury Outdoor Living Designs for each residence. “My father coached me and raised me around construction sites while I was attending school. My mother taught me compassion, absolute integrity and to love others.”
Mike is also a dedicated community servant who volunteers his time to the Deland Housing Authority in Deland FL and serves as one of the housings commissions board members. David Martineaux

Born in England, the son of an USAF servicemen immigrated here on his own in the early 1980’s as a deep-sea, saturation diver. After working and living underwater, David, being too young to retire, then began his career designing water landscapes, with a far greater understanding of its hydraulics, dead spots, and ebbs and flows than most.
Born February 19, cusp of Aquarius and Pisces “I really never had a choice” David would share with you.
Since locating to Centra Florida in 1994, David has designed and built well over 1000 custom pools, splash pads, lazy rivers, amenity centers, club houses both in the residential and commercial arenas.
Davids is also credited with designing and building the largest 360-degree overflow resort pool, outside of Disney’s and Universal’s resorts in “Bella Collina”, Monte Verde Florida.
With a complete “out of the box” thought process David not only designs but builds and supervises every step of the entire build “on-site” in all critical phases.
With David’s Philosophy of “no two are the same” guarantees that your design is completely yours and Aquascapes Pools and Spas, LLC “intellectual property”, and shall not be shared or built for another, nor will it become a template to be copied by other builders.
Having designed from coast to coast in Central Florida, David request is simple. “Let’s design live, in 3D, and in full color together, a bit of work, but a lot of fun”
